Due to their size, they are generally thought of as diving cranks, but to overturn this common sense, Meteoros’s greatest feature is that it can dive to a maximum depth of about 6 feet from just below the water surface. Despite its 95mm body size, it has been made into a big crank that can cover everything from ponds to big lakes by realizing a trace course called shallow to middle range.

Another feature of big cranks is that they have a heavy pulling resistance, but Meteoros can be wound smoothly with a normal or low gear reel. Rather than reducing the winding resistance by improving water drainage, which would eliminate the characteristics of big cranks, we have achieved a winding resistance that makes each action feel lighter by making the pitch high, which is not found in normal big cranks, in order to obtain a moderate winding resistance while retaining the size and water-pushing strength of the big crank.
