The EJ Todd Regent Fly Vice is an excellent value rotating vice. The regent vice has been a mainstay of keen fly tyers around the world for decades. The vice uses a spring lever clamp to hold a variety of hook sizes well. The vice head rotates on the vertical plane to allow the tyer to inspect/adjust these aspects of the fly. Well built and easy to clamp to benches, table or vehicle bull bar.
